Corporate and School staff are now able to receive assistance using the same phone number 855-K12-HELP (855-512-4357). By selecting from the menu options the call will be transferred to the appropriate support area/team who will help you create a ticket that will be deposited in the proper ticket queue.
Note: tickets are worked in the order received, therefore, the quickest method to receive technical Support continues to be a user-created ticket (K12RIT.COM (previously known as K12NationalHelpdesk.com) or from the K12 agent located in your taskbar).
